    People who book an appointment have to wait longer than those who walk in???!!!! How does this make sense. Extremely unfair. I had an appointment and arrived early. Another GP patient who had not booked an appointment asked to be seen without one and was seen immediately. Ridiculous frustrating system which disadvantages those who book in advance rather than walk in!!!! Change it.

    I have just spent nearly 2 hours trying to contact the ENT department or out of desperation any department at the Beckenham Beacon hospital but but it seems to be impossible to speak to anyone at the hospital, what a waste of time

    I got there about half an hour earlier than my appointment, only 2 ladies were waiting, about a minute after I sat down, one of the ladies was called into the room where we were sitting, after a few minutes she came out, her companion asked her what happened, she replied that she was finished, then I heard my name calling from the other room, when my x-rays were finished, it was ahead of my appointment. I would say 12 out of 10.

    I have to have regular blood tests for the tablets Im on for arthritis told I do not need to make appointment so use walk in while waiting for my number to be called people getting called who arrived after me but with a appointment? why! waited over 1hour for my number to come up and it was only 2 numbers from number displayed. Totally uneceptable sort it out!

    I was so impressed by the time ,care and advice that I was given. This consultation helped me so much to understand and to cope with my arthritis in the following months.

    Aortic Aneurysm Assessmdnt team failed to show up at all for my appointment. No explanation no apology, no communication. Waited an hour but no reason given. No information about how to reschedule. Completely unacceptable
