I was very happy with my appointment at the falls clinic. The team were welcoming and professional. They identified four areas that are likely to be contributing to the number of falls that I have,all of which I have done something about. Many thanks

I have been seeing the physiotherapist as part of my Rheumatology treatment for a few weeks now. The physio has always been encouraging and supportive and gives me 'doable' exercises which have really helped. A friendly atmosphere whenever I visit this hospital. Excellent.

I have been attending appointments with the occupational therapist at Ellesmere Port Hospital for a few weeks now for problems relating to inflammatory arthritis. It has been a very encouraging and supportive experience and the OT has understood everything and made me feel well cared for. I know I cannot name the member of staff but she is a credit to her occupation and I have grown in confidence whilst seeing her. Excellent help all round.

Both my appointments have been here. From entering to leaving. Was treated with nice polite staff Was not rushed felt very comfortable and on time. Each member of staff I seen explained what they were going to do. I feel I had excellent service here.

I spent a month in Bluebell Stroke Ward. I cannot speak too highly of the care I received. The staff were kind, caring and friendly. They did their work with good humour under sometimes trying conditions. The high level of patience shown when dealing with challenging patients was extraordinary. But life on the ward was not always dull and serious, there was also laughter on the ward, for both staff and patients. Furthermore the quality of supportive physiotherapy was excellent, and carried out by a highly competent team, which certainly speeded up my recovery.
