    Called, was advised approx 35min waiting time. Still waiting it's been 1h 40mins. No email address found online either, impossible to get through.

    Very rarely answer the phone and when the phone does get answered it's impossible to get an appointment and get told to ring back another time. Going round in circles. Been trying to get seen to, checked and tested for about a year or so, probably longer. I had no problems before covid when the Gum Clinic was at Rugby St Cross Hospital. I think it's about time you open properly and allow walk-ins again. I'm sorry to say but unfortunately this is very poor service and i wish to update this review if/when the service improves.

    I have an appointment at 09:00 (I am writing this prior to 09:00) on 12th January with Physiotherapy at the Orchard Centre.West Midlands ambulance service passenger transport say you have to be ready to be collected up to 1.5hrs before your appointment time. I was picked up at 07:45 and arrived at the orchard centre at 08:10. The sign on the door says the centre does not open until 08:45. Despite me being in a wheelchair totally paralysed from chest down I was left to wait out in the cold as the receptionist would not let me in. That is not proper patient care and I am not happy with this.
