Taken my mum today for hearing tests and new hearing aids. The audiologist was so lovely. Very impressed with the service received today. Thank you !

I have been treated by the Dermatology Department for over 20 years and have always found the team to be highly professional and friendly. Today I attended for a review of a mole that my GP had referred me for. I attended my appointment (1.50) and was seen promptly by the consultant, who assessed it and decided that it would be appropriate to remove it for analysis. The minor operation was carried out shortly afterwards and by 3.00 I was leaving the hospital, having completed the treatment. The excellent service I had experienced on my many previous visits was undoubtedly maintained and I was again impressed by the professionalism and support of the whole team. Outstanding!!

I had an audiology appointment at this hospital on Friday 29 July. The reception, the 2 Audiology clinitions were very professional and friendly as was the lady running the cafe. I have visited many hospitals in my time and this was by far the best experience I have had. I very much look forward to my next appointment! Highly recommended.

I had an appointment for an ultrasound. I can’t remember the name of the lovely doctor who dealt with me but I just wanted to say how amazing she was. I have had a fair few traumatic experiences regarding examinations with doctors but she made me feel at ease the entire time and was so professional while being caring too. she was wonderful!
