   I wear hearing aids in both ears and had been taking ear drops for wax in my right ear. I experienced hearing loss for 2 days in my right ear and had problems with my left hearing Aid. On Friday my daughter phoned Hearing Dept at RSH Hosp Southampton on my behalf late morning. An appt was booked for 5pm same day. I arrived in time for the appt . The Audiologist was so helpful and was able to syringe my blocked right ear. Also faulty replacement parts fitted to both Hearing Aids. It was such a relief to be able to hear again. I would like to thank the Audiologist Dept so much for being able to give me an appointment at such short notice, and being able to sort out my hearing problems. A big thank you again.
