    I rang the Garforth practice to cancel an appointment, As requested on the phone I pressed 1 for appointments only to be told this was not available. I rang again and held for the operator, I was number 26 in the queue, I waited on the phone for 1 hour 3 minutes, someone answered and promptly cut me off. I rang again and was number 10 in the queue, whilst waiting I rang the Barwick surgery where the phone was answered promptly and the lady dealt with my issue quickly and efficiently. I came off the phone from Barwick and was still only number 7 in the queue and 12 minutes holding for Garforth. This is clearly unacceptable and I would like to see a massive improvement in 2023. Since we have not had our surgery in Aberford where the ladies were fantastic the service from Garforth has been dreadful.
