   I spent 40 minutes this morning listening to music and the fist 10 minutes in position 2 last 30 minutes I was told I was in position 1 and stayed there for the entire 30 minutes and then told ring back at 2 o’clock but I didn’t bother as it is nothing but hit and miss since we had Covid, I’ve been a patient there for 30 years and I cannot believe how bad it’s become
