   I’m so glad we have this amazing hospital in our city, from the start of my pregnancy with my first baby at every single appointment I’ve been so impressed with the staff at the women’s and the care they provide. My experience in labour and giving birth for the first time was made special by everyone who looked after me, the birth was traumatic as my baby got stuck at the end and I had to go to theatre but with the amazing talented doctors we didn’t have to have a Caesarian and the care I received was unreal. Everyone is so knowledgeable and kind, they can’t do enough for you. I have health anxiety but never once felt like I was being ignored / brushed off, I felt like they completely understood me and cared and wanted to help me. They went above and beyond for every single thing I needed, they are so on top of everything, I can’t thank each and every one of them enough, real life angels from the cleaners to the midwives to the infant feeding team to the doctors and surgeons. Kindest, most talented people ever. Thank you so much for looking after me and my baby boy.
