I was seen within 10 minutes where the nurse assessed my eye. He suggested I went straight over to the RVI eye department which I did. Unfortunately when I got there it was closed. It is Closed on a Sunday

Checked website to decide if we needed A&E or walk in for our 4yr an are we going to buy you come up on the swings and talking my number old with suspected hand break. Website said open til 9pm and X-ray available. Arrived at 6pm and told there were no doctor appts and nurses could only triage and bandage. Wasted trip in rush hour with s preschooler in pain. Will always just go straight to A&E in future.

Not sure on the GBs name but very unprofessional disgusting attitude I am 20 weeks pregnant and had a personal issue he spoke to me like I was a child rolled his eyes asked me what he thought I should suggest he does to help me ( would I be there asking for help if I new The answer to that ) very abruptly told me he didn’t no if it would affect my baby !!!! Didn’t care at all will never ever use that walk in again unfortunately I didn’t catch his name other wise I would of named him for patients to see someone else worst experience ever people like that should not be working with the public I am disgusted and I really hope this gets back to him I am appalled

I attended fora minor injury which required immediate attention. I was seen promptly and given treatment after an X-ray.

Attended radiology for knee and hip x-ray, the area was very clean and I was called in spot on my appointment time. The radiographer was very polite and showed care and professionalism making sure I was comfortable at every point of the procedure. Thank you to all involved.
