I had 2 cataract surgeries in a month, I was really worried as past experiences of hospitals for me have not been good. The staff in this part of the hospital are Professional,amazing, knowledgeable, kind, friendly, helpful, just truely fantastic. These people have changed my life, really I can't believe the surgery they do every day can make so much difference to mine and I'm sure everyone's life. I don't have enough words to thank you so very much for all the hard work you do.

On Monday this week I visited the Opthalmology dept. for my Glaucoma check up. It was the first time I have had it at this hospital and I was most impressed with the service I received. From the minute I entered the building all staff were friendly, polite and helpful, from the receptionist who greeted me at the entrance and gave me directions to the staff who carried out my various tests and the Medical Optometrist who completed the tests and took the time to explain his findings to me. Then to my surprise I received my results letter today, Wednesday, which in the past when I have attended elsewhere have taken up to 2wks to arrive. Amazing teamwork, thank you everyone.

We recently had to go to the Minor Injury Unit at Sherborne after ringing 111 for my daughter. She was seen quickly and greeted warmly. The staff then went over and above to help and reassure us about what would happen. We received an x-ray promptly and were accompanied by one of the staff who was so kind and went over and above to help us. We will always appreciate this kindness and wanted to say thank you.
