    It is almost impossible to chat to a patient on their mobile phone because of the lack of Wi-Fi. Talking to member of your family is very important as it can cheer them up and help in their recovery but it can be so frustrating when you can’t do this.

I am sorry to hear of the issue you are experiencing with lack of Wi-Fi, it is as you say extremely important to stay connected with family and friends.
