    I was referred here because of my eating disorder and all they did to help me was tell me to eat more and they wouldn't even listen to a word I had to say. Very rude and unprofessional definitely wouldn't reccomend.

    Today I came for my Covid booster and was met with kindness and professionalism from start to finish. Special thanks goes to the two who organised a room for me so that I was lying down when one of them gave me the Covid jab, therefore avoiding my embarrassing tendency to pass out. They were both experienced and gentle, understood my needs and made no fuss, just took excellent care. I received the same good care here last year.

    I had covid booster appointment arranged for 9.40am today, but I didn't make it past the reception. In my opinion the receptionist was lacking communication skills, unhelpful, making everything more difficult then it needed to be. I felt disrespected, like a nuisance. The receptionist seemed annoyed that she had to deal with me at all. Asked questions and didn't wait for answers. I have been regularly dealing with NHS for almost 20 years (due to my long term illness), but it was first time that I felt like that. I am a foreigner and I imagine some people find my accent difficult, but it has never been a problem, because most people working for NHS are helpful and willing to find the way. At some point the receptionist asked me where I was from - not sure what it has to do with the vaccination. I had 4 doses of covid vaccination before (different practice) and all the receptionist did was asking my name and ticking the name of the list. Anyway I left without the vaccination this time, cause I found the way I was treated offensive.

    Attended for COVID Autumn Booster. The medical staff were extremely reassuring and efficient. The volunteers were very friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend the Kings Park NHS Hospital Vaccination Centre. Thank you to all the staff for looking after me so well.

    today I went to take my covid vaccine as my doctor requested, when I got there and sat down I asked which vaccine they will be giving to me because I wanted to be administered the same vaccine I had already done before. they asked so many questions why I wanted the same vaccine and why I was taking a booster vaccination. They wanted me to talk about my health problems in a room full of people I don't know, in a space where I don't feel comfortable, where there was no privacy. when I said that I didn't feel comfortable talking about my health problems in that space and that if I had to, I'd rather leave without taking any vaccine. they didn't even offer a private space to chat. I ended up thanking them and left without any vaccinations. I felt such humiliation, I just wanted to get out of there. well but i want to thank the people who were there this morning for making me feel that way. thank you very much.

We have a duty of care to ask everyone that visits the centre, for their vaccine, a series of questions to ensure the Covid-19 vaccination meets individual needs. Any questions exploring medical conditions take place in private rooms available at the clinic and offer a quiet room at our Kings Park site, for anyone that may need a bit more time before receiving their jab.     I was suicidal and in a bad place a quick telephone review accused me of being an alcoholic I have 2 glasses of alcohol a year clearly didn’t listen yet again I complained last time and was discharged it becomes a game your doctor refers you you r reviewed and discharged offered the retreat or better still connections it makes me feel 100% worse going to that place I would be more tempted to end it all and as for connections last gentleman I spoke to I hung up on as he wasn’t listening to a word I said and was so patronising the mental health team in Bournemouth is disgusting There is little help available my advice is stay away

    From the moment our car was seen the volunteers were ready to help. Courtesy and a smiling (behind masks) service from staff and volunteers experienced throughout our visit. I hope that our appreciation may reach them. The layout was bright and well planned. Thank you.
