I attended the urgent care centre after suffering with wheezing etc whilst on holiday. The staff at each stage were friendly, honest and knowledgeable and the entire process was very well organised and seamless. There was communication between each stage which saved time and the overall experience was very quick and had a positive outcome. I am very impressed and would definitely not think twice about using the service again if (hopefully not!) it was ever needed again. Thank you!

Went to the miner injury department with an infected toe had great treatment with a very nice doctor. What a lovely hospital thank you to all the staff.

Always welcoming, professional, on-time, reactive when you need them. Getting an appointment is easy, messaging is easy as well. What’s not to like.

I had to take my 3 year old in for a possible fractured toe. All the staff were very helpful, patient and understanding of my little ones uncertainty. They didn't make me feel like I was wasting their time and listened to my concerns. Yes, there was a wait but that's understandable these days. A special thank you to the lady volunteer in the tea room who was very kind and told me about the garden and the fish pond. Kept my little one entertained while we waited!

I visited A&E of the Minor Injuries Unit yesterday as I had a barbed fish hook in my finger, the staff and care were truly superb and especially as this seems a very busy dept. I was soon dealt with, x-ray and extraction were swifty arranged and very professional with a Tetanus jab included too. Added to this the free and easy parking facility removes unnecessary stress, especially if you don't know the area! It was my first attempt at fly fishing and I also caught a bullrush, a tree and my hat but no fish! Thank you all very sincerely for looking after me.

I visited the MIU as i had a painful injury and swelling to my foot the chap on the booking desk was nice and friendly, But when I saw a practitioner he was very dismissive, Didn't ask to see the site of the injury just kept looking at my trainers, He sent me for an x-ray which was the only time i was ask to remove my trainer and sock. After my x-ray was done i was asked to wait in reception and noticed that at least 3 people that were triaged and x-rayed after me when being seen again by the practitioners, The chap that saw me eventfully came out and was acting as if he had forgotten about me told to wait he'll be back in a minute seemed like he went for a tea-break. he came back was very dismissive again telling that i need to wait up to 7 days for the Ibuprofen to take effect and sent me on my way. Later that night the pain was so unbearable and the over the counter meds were doing nothing. I had to call 111 Thank god as this doctor i spoke to on a live chat examined my foot something she said the first chap should have done. I haven't been able to put any weight on my foot and just feel that this gentleman bedside manner needs to be improved. How can a patient come and say where the issue is and the practitioner shows no interest in looking at the problem. I found him to be someone wasn't bothered i could understand if this was late at night but this was 1st thing in the morning
