   Had a biopsy today in dermatology at 4pm and I was so nervous but the team were absolutely amazing they made me feel at ease and were just generally lovely and caring thanks so much I'm so sorry I have forgot your names but you made the process so much easier for me thanks so much

   Attended gastroscope clinic St. Helens hospital today I was very nervous staff made me feel at ease even though I chose sedation they were very friendly explained everything to me before and after procedure thanks to all staff
