    This department is horribly run. Unprofessional on calls. I attended an appointment with a patronising doctor. During my appointment a woman just walked in with 2 cups of coffee,no introductions from either of them who they are and she just sat drinking her coffee staring at me not a word from her. Doctor spent about 10 minutes patronising me about my medication when that wasnt even why I was there. When I explained why i was there, he just brushed it off and said that I should just ignore the very large 10cm fibroid and it will go away eventually. Seemed completely disinterested, uncaring. Unwilling to listen first. They need to understand we are people first. Hello, my name is and I am. My colleague X will be joining us. She is. Tell me in your words why you are here and lets see how we can help you? The service is so poor and uncaring at this facility that I am forced to now go to private practice to get this very large and growing fibroid removed. I really take exception by a man just telling me to effectively put up and shut up and go away. Awful site. Needs oversight, and a review. GP confirmed that she gets a high number of complaints about this particular service.

    I'm waiting for a confirmation email for my hysteroscopy that I'm hoping to go ahead which was originally planned for the 29th June at 9.30am. I've since had 3 phone calls swapping the dates around to say thay it was going to be back to the original date. I did request an email confirmation to ensure that myself and my chaperone are booking off work for the correct date for the whole day which hasnt been sent. My Aunt had a previous appointment here before which was changed without her confirmation nothing by text, email or post, so I am wary that the changes were only agreed upon verbally. It would help greatly if like most other nhs services this clinic provided email confirmation of appointments made. Aside from that I'm grateful for the help with my condition.
