I was seen promptly and given plenty of time (NB feedback without a smartphone is very difficult) The staff were very helpful. I was given the chance to ask lots of questions

I cannot express my gratitude, and thanks for the gynaecology Team at south Bristol Hospital. I went in today for a procedure and the staff we're all fantastic I was naturally very nervous but they were kind and patient and I felt very cared for. I have been in other hospitals and have felt very let down, but this is not the case today. I would highly recommend this team and applaud them for all their hard work.

Just had the displeasure of visiting the a&e department here. They were only triaging people as it’s late in the day - understandable. The woman that triaged me was so standoffish and rude, and I’m left in shock at how I was just treated.

I had to attend the Urgent Treatment Centre for a dressing change and check following treatment. All the staff I met were friendly and helpful - and I was well looked after. My case was not urgent and people with more serious conditions were, rightly, ahead of me. However, I only waited an hour which, given the current pressure on NHS services, I thought was excellent.

I had a fantastic experience at this hospital today. The procedure itself was not nice but the staff made me feel so at ease. They were attentive and kind. The hospital itself was very clean and well maintained with lots of toilet facilities. I was not kept waiting and was offered drinks after my procedure and snacks. Thank you to the staff for their care today

South Bristol community hospital staff are incredible, I am often anxious about going to healthcare professionals due to fear of judgment but The nurse that took care of me was kind and eager to listen and help me as best as possible. They went above and beyond and helped resolve the health concerns I had. They where clear and communicated well. The reception team was also incredibly professional and friendly to approach, they listened well and repeated everything back to ensure they understood it correctly. South Bristol hospital made my day better due to the staff being approachable and professional!

nurse is in the wrong job, so rude and has no people skills what so ever. Uncaring and quick to dismiss real concerns. Triage nurse is even worse. She was so rude to me because I missed my name being called out as I’m hard of hearing, I explained I wouldn’t have been able to hear and I’m sat around the corner. She shrugged her shoulders and said “not my problem” her general attitude is dreadful.

I attended the hospital last Friday after a fall which left me with a badly cut face. All of the staff from reception through triage, x-ray and treatment, were very professional, friendly and efficient. I can't thank them enough.

Arrived on time for our appointment 5 mins early) with our newborn to be weighed but were kept waiting 50 minutes to be seen. No warning of big delay by reception when we arrived and midwife was rude when we expressed frustration at being kept waiting with such a young baby. Then left a longer review on here but the system failed and that was not recoverable - feel they wasted a lot of our time and could do better with basic communication.

I have attended Hengrove Community Hospital today for a colonoscopy. From the moment I walked through the main entrance every member of staff was extremely warm, friendly and very professional. They couldn't do enough for me. The hospital was spotlessly clean. I felt I was the very first patient there! In future I will ask to be treated there. Thank you Hengrove!
