I visited the Maxilo Facial team at the Royal Surrey on 4th Feb 23. Having spent a night waiting at A&E, everyone I dealt with was professional, highly skilled and above all really compassionate and caring. They explained carefully what they were doing and were at pains to re-assure me. As this was to do with my facial appearance, this was hugely important. I was able to follow their instructions and made a recovery. My follow up outpatient appointment was similarly extremely professional and highly focused on my care and my state of anxiety. I left from both appointments feeling that I had been listened too as a person, and for the doctors and nurses, despite pressing demands on their time, they spent time with me making sure that I was re-assured. I would like to thank those in Max-Fac dept for the consummate professionalism and technical skill as well as their unbelievably caring attitude which is beyond compare.

Review titled Poor performance

I had ECG carried out on Sunday 27th November at 08.00. To date, four months later, my Doctors surgery has yet to receive the test results. Given I had heart surgery several years ago and the ECG was recommended by my doctor. I'm left more than annoyed that the report has failed to be produced. Was one ever made , have you lost it? I would like an answer very shortly.
