   I called as I have been dealing with issues that’s very uncomfortable, my clinc said to call and request a callback if this ever happens. I was fobbed off on the phone for a call in a week. All I wanted is the clinc to call me and in the end I got told we are going around in circles and she is hanging up,then hung up. This is disgusting service, someone that is in pain now has to travel down to the clinc as the call center was so unhelpful and frankly rude. I don’t normally feed things back but to be hung up on and kept getting no help when one of my symptoms was bleeding, I take that pretty serious as I have had prior issues. I wouldn’t want this terrible customer service to go unnoticed as when people call in to the sexual health clinc they’re probably in pain and such. You would expect someone to be caring and try and help you, this is not what I received and makes me never want to deal with your service again. This is a shame as normally everyone is lovely, the clinc staff are great but the call center need reviewing.
