I attended the hospital with a painful neck. I was seen quickly by a nurse and his colleague and given excellent advice and several options for treatment. After 4 days, I am much better, hoping that very soon my neck will be completely pain free.

Visited following my wife's fall whilst in the area for the day. Friendly reception and very capable and almost instant attention. They diagnosed a probable dislocated finger tip but it was too late in the afternoon (5pm) to get it x-rayed so they removed her rings very carefully and suggested we get back home and go to our local hospital. We went straight from Dursley to Solihull where x-rays revealed that it was indeed dislocated and they relocated it on the spot. Thanks to those who helped us at Vale it is nearly usable again and should be back to "normal" once confirmed by the fracture clinic here.

Came in had something in my eye very nice and put me at ease young lady training did a fantastic job with putting yellow dye in my Eye would definitely go there again. Everyone was so nice and very helpful Thankyou
