    Waited eight months for my appointment. I need to be told in the morning that it was cancelled due to a physiotherapist being sick. I understand that people are sick but to call 30 minutes before your appointment and whilst my taxi is waiting outside to take me is not acceptable What I don’t understand if you’ve had to cancel six appointments why can’t the other three physiotherapists that are working, take these appointments Now it seems I have to wait another two months for an appointment. Terrible, terrible service

    The service has improved since you can book an appointment. My issue is with the awful signage on all walls. Hand writes, no two the same. Silly drawings different sizes, nothing professional, it does spoil a nice building and the official signage.
