I booked a blood test.. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment, I was already waiting 50 minutes when I asked the staff if my name is on their list as I noticed that they already calling those who booked later than me, the first staff that I asked said “you will be next” but they called twice already and they still not calling me, when I asked the second staff and I said I was waiting for a while already and she sarcastically reply “Don’t we all”. I don’t mind waiting if the staff are approachable and nice.. she doesn’t even seemed sorry that they are late.

Wow - great services and friendly staff that only want make my sex life to be better, healthier and longer lasting. It's great to find the gum clinic and the staff only bothered that I should and would have the sex life I wanted (great, fantastic, maybe colourful and they provided services that would keep my sex life as healthy as possible, and longer lasting too. Rang at first about monkeypox as it was all over the news; reception staff were cool and welcoming and chilled. Within 5 days I was given the monkey pox vaccination; offered a really fast sti and sex health check up, (always good to know my hiv status and if I have syphilis); offered access to Prep and other vaccinations (Hep B)and boosters I could have. The staff were cool, didn't judge, friendly and totally approachable and made the experience really good. It was all about my needs and how staff could help, no preaching, no judgements and no telling off. Staff gave me good and easy information to read and take, and offered any service that could keep me as healthy and protected as possible; and it was all about getting my sex life as good or fantastic as possible. And to cap it all the team recognised that sometimes sex was not good, sometimes not welcomed and I feel bad afterwards and they treated me in a way that gave me respect and felt safe to talk. Well done Cobridge gum you restored my faith, you and your services were there for me. So I will be back!

GP requested bloods and chest x-ray. This'll take ages, I thought. Booked in last night, for this morning to have bloods taken. Same Health Centre offers walk-in chest x-rays (if you've had one requested by your GP) so I thought I'd get it done while here. The whole lot, in and out, well organised and hassle free, within 30 minutes. Safe, organised, pleasant and polite staff, wonderful service. Bravo 👌🏼
