    Just a bit gutted with my treatment today i went for a blood test and the lady who did it from the offset was really quite rude and abrupt told me and another lady 'in' and pointed to her room after she called our names then as this was my first blood test i didn't realise i needed to bring in the blood letter as it never said so on the letter, she began to get really annoyed at me and said well what am i meant to do with that then when i said i had a photograph of it on my phone, i apologised and said i didnt know and that i hadnt had one before and she continued abruptly saying i dont know what you want me to do what am i meant to do without your letter i just feel really gutted because i genuinely didnt realise and she was so rude to me and the other lady, safe to say i have rebooked online but for meir instead as i dont deserve to be spoken to so horribly about a mistake on my end.

    I had an appointment for physio and needed to rebook as a family emergency meant I couldn't attend. There was only one number presented for use and when I phoned the centre I was continually cut off. There was no email address available. Any business operating like this would quickly go out of business. As a result I couldn't not inform the centre of my inattendance which make me look bad.

    I attended for an ultra sound scan. The practitioner who carried out the procedure went out of her way to be helpful. She was extremely efficient, friendly and kind. The centre is a great community resource, I was very impressed.

    I was pleasantly surprised by by the personalised experience and ultra efficient, amiable treatment I received today. Wholeheartedly recommended.
