Tried to call early/mid afternoon for an appointment. Approx 40 times. Never got through once, continuously engaged. Not one single call answered.

Travelled some 15 miles to see one of a consultancy team. Pleasant reception staff and an amazing endoscopy team member who explained all actions to be taken putting me completely at ease. Overall good experience.

Recently I’ve never been able to get through on the phone so I’ve had to call in I’ve even been on the phone for 35 mins and being number one for ten mins how long are you expected to wait what about people who can’t pop into the surgery when I was In there they never answered the phone so to me are people just left waiting in the cal que for no one to answer it’s got worse this past year there needs to be another system maybe a call back option or where you can leave a message Thanks
