   I attended the X-ray department with my wife who'd had a fall and was struggling to walk (I'm 75 she's 71). I parked correctly, but due to the obvious stress of the situation I did not remember to enter my vehicle reg in the computer terminal. I am now being bullied by the private parking company for a "parking charge" of £110, and they refuse to be reasonable. The sad thing is, because of this, I will not attend the hospital again and I truly believe that communities need the smaller local hospitals. The staff were 5 star.
