    I was referred to the Adelaide Health centre by my GP after a meniscus "wear and tear" knee injury. I was seen by a physiotherapist, who spent time enquiring about the symptoms and did an initial assessment. I felt the physio took an interest in me and my knee and offered me 3 sessions of physiotherapy at the centre. I ended up attending several more sessions as there were spaces available and we all felt I was benefitting from them. These sessions were led, at times, by a qualified physiotherapist , who has given me the confidence and motivation to join a gym ( I haven't done so yet, but I feel I will!) and other times I was seen by an exercise practitioner. The physiotherapist taught me the exercises that I would benefit from doing when I join the gym; the exercise practitioner showed me, in a very meticulous way, a whole lot of exercises to do at home, and ways to increase their difficulty as I regain strength in my muscles. It has been absolutely fantastic, and all this was accomplished in a very warm, friendly and fun manner. Thank you very much for all your help , every one of you. I really appreciate your time and effort, and I hope to resume my tennis and hopefully get to go on my girls' skiing weekend in February. I would have liked to send an email to your managers telling them about my experience with you, but nobody seemed to know who to send it to, hence this public review without mentioning names or genders.     my first visit to this centre was just excellent, but today I wanted to call and clarify about my appointment but did not find any contact .... I think this is unacceptable in relation to any nhs service. Anyone can even call Buckingham Palace, why are there no contacts to your centre. Contact department No information available.
