Review titled Poor experience
Rated 1 star out of 5

119 recommend this place as a walk in centre of their nhs system. A google link also states its a walk in centre. Travelled some distance to get there. Woman near entrance telling people appointments only as ''this is not a walk in centre''. Says had to turn many people away. Next nearest place is Washington Nightingale but that building has been sold. Not as well organised now.

Receptionist very friendly however during my procedure I wasn’t made to feel comfortable or at ease, staff cold and unapproachable. I left feeling more anxious as there was a lack of interpersonal skills

I went to the cafe for some food then went to reception to ask if they could offer any advice on vaccine clinic dates , woman ignored me for a fair few minutes , then looked up at me as if I was bothering her and said 'what do you want' no smile nothing, rhen I asked her if she could offer any information and she said 'no' in a rude manner and turned her head away.

Went for my booster at the only day I could go as the website said it was a walk in to be told it wasn’t a walk in. Woman was rude and unhelpful and asked the security man to explain. I don’t have any more time to get my booster now so I am having to go without.
