Just visited endoscopy in Sunderland. Efficient and friendly service. Quick and painless procedure. Staff were very supportive and put me at ease. Private rooms are much better for dignity. Thank you once again for looking after me x

Attended a and e on Easter Sunday 6hour wait but received courteous care from all staff even though they weresobusyy especially from doctor that day the all deserve arise inwards and I will back the all the way thank you everyone

I attended on 13/03/23 for a gastroscopy and I wanted to pass on my thanks to all of the staff who looked after me on this occasion and also in January when I had my first one. The staff are so understanding and caring and really do their best to reassure you throughout the whole process. It's also a fantastic facility with your own individual room with own bathroom.

Heartfelt thanks to all the doctors, nurses and all the staff who looked after me so well during my recent short stay for TURP operation. They were all brilliant.

Full marks for my visit to the colonoscopy department on the morning of the 1st December 2022. Everyone concerned was professional and friendly, I was made to feel at ease and was kept fully informed before and after my procedure.
