   The GP had requested an X-ray. The receptionist never bothered to organise it until I questioned it weeks later. In July 2023 I have been contacted to pick up a requested prescription only to go to the pharmacy and learn the receptionist has never approached the GP. Yet I was contacted by the GPs office to pick up a none existent prescription. Also in this month July 2023 I was text after a missed appointment to attend an appointment that was never confirmed. I returned a call to the GPs office. It was unknown why I was called. When I questioned unconfirmed missed booking that appointment was never recorded for that date. Clearly the desk is overstaffed if any receptionist has time to play these silly games with patients.
