I had a tel appt with my GP where we went through my bloods thoroughly. We then said goodbye. The GP then called me back to wish me a happy birthday! It absolutely made my day, such a small act of kindness with a huge impact, despite the levels of pressure the doctors are under! This doctor is always incredibly patient, kind, respectful and genuinely caring whenever I have an appointment with them. I never feel rushed and always feel heard and understood. This GP has seen me and my family through our worst times and always been consistent! Thank you

The staff member was listening and responding appropriately to my request - and advising as well as offering practical solutions to seeing a doctor and getting a nurses check up. I felt well looked after at these initial stages of trying to sort my problem.

I connected the practice to clarify a query I had regarding the issuing of my regular meds. The person to whom I spoke fully understood my reason for calling today and dealt with my query in a very efficient and friendly manner. I rate the service at NTGP as excellent and intend to remain a registered patient for the foreseeable future. Thank you for this opportunity today to provide feedback.
