Very speedy response to an online consultation today which was very much appreciated and received treatment the same day. I've found all reception staff are very helpfull and do a fabulous job. Thankyou.

Did online consultation yesterday contacted with appointment for today , even changed it for me around my work time , lovely doctor! Receptionist pleasant, impressed how quick I was seen , thankyou

My family has been with this surgery for over 50 years! myself and my wife still registered here as close to home however whenever appointment needed we are told to ring at 8am but never any appointments left so just told to ring following day. We are not technical minded and don’t do much online so our only option is to keep ringing each day. Been trying for appointment for over 3 weeks but still nothing, was told to ring 111 and was told to go a&e and they would send ambulance !! My wife now has serious chest infection which could have been resolved with antibiotics had she seen a doctor! Myself, a diabetic and COPD patient not as seriously ill but still has chest infection but no appointment! I appreciate NHS are stretched but this is ridiculous we have no faith in the system anymore it’s appalling the service the surgery is offering and yet they say they are open to new patients...they cannot get to see all the patients they have on the books now! This has been the same now for at least 6 years and enough is enough now. Something needs to change and soon. I have just physically been into the surgery to book an aftercare appointment requested by A&E doctor for my wife and was offered one following day??? didn't need it until 2 weeks time but just proves they do have appointments! how many of these emergency times do they keep back and how many are not used up when we really need to be seen. Online appointment system works great for those who can work the internet out but we elderly can’t do this so only option we have is to ring up at 8am each day. Need to find a better solution and fast, no wonder A&E is so busy these days.

If you can call them from 08:00, that you can still get the appointment for the morning time. Doctors are nice and they willing to provide professional advice for me or make referal to Tameside hospital

I had a blood test done at this gp and few weeks later they didnt get back to me about my results so i called in and they said everything was fine. I joined a different gp later on and they looked at the same results and said my results weren’t normal. Going to this gp would be a waste of time. Dont bother.

Ongoing revolving door of poor doctors, no consistency in care. Market street mess up my prescriptions with ongoing issues. Unable to do referrals properly so 3 different departments rejected referrals leaving to delay in treatment
