    From the moment I made my first phone call I was treated very well, The Receptionists (a day apart on two appointments ) were very polite and professional. On these two appointments, two different Doctors I can honestly say they were both professional in diagnosing my condition and treatment...! was delighted to help the junior Doctor who was seconded to the Surgery, Overall it was a good experience.....

    Called into book an appointment that I had been asked to do,I am hearing impaired but manage quiet well with hearing aids. I asked the lady on reception if I could book an appointment could not hear her reply,so I apologised and said that I could not hear very well,she went on in the same voice and when I said still can’t hear she was very annoyed and showed it. Made me feel as if I shouldn’t be bothering her I can hear ok most of the time Not impressed at all

    I called Clarendon Medical Practice first thing on Monday morning and was given a same day face to face appointment to accommodate my working hours by the very helpful receptionist. The GP I saw was kind and professional and referred me urgently with regards to my concern. I received a hospital appointment the very next day to attend in one weeks time. What more could I have asked for!! How lucky we are to have such a wonderful NHS Service!!! Thankyou :)

    It is frustrating being put on hold whilst listening to the terrible music, but to be fair it's got to be like that with most GP surgeries at 8am there's a mass of people also trying to get through too. I've been at this practice for over 20 years and because of condition the staff who respond to the telephone calls have always been pleasant and very accommodating, if can't see my own GP been placed with another. Nobody sees what goes on behind closed doors, so come on a little support & understanding wouldn't go a miss. I too have been in the telephone queue for over 30 minutes it's annoying & frustrating, but when it comes my turn I'm not rude with the staff because I'm wound up, it is what it is in these strange times.
