I have asked receptionist to see a Doctor of my choice with whom I have a good understanding as that Doctor has treated me in the past. This family Doctor always find a time to listen as well to thoroughly explain the health issue and potential treatment and I trust his knowledge, expertise and experience. It's important for patients to be able to see the Doctor we trust and who already knows the history of our health problems, our personalities with various habits and personal preferences or fears and understand the patient's need and opinions so I'm happy the receptionist has obliged with my request and arranged an appointment with doctor I'm familiar with as it did put me in ease immediately. Receptionists at Dial House MC are always very helpful and polite. At some other occasions when I have been seen or had a telephone appointment with other Doctors or nurses at Dial House they were always professional , polite and friendly.

Been a patient here for many years, thankfully not needing to visit too often but when I do I have always experienced a great team of doctors and nurses and friendly staff, Today was no exception, Keep up the great service

The whole practice is just wonderful. Try not to use surgery but when needed such as unwell children can always get a call back , always responsive and caring. The staff are brilliant and caring and helpful. The PM helped me with a covid pass issue once and was responsive and spot on. The doctors are lovely. I really cannot fault the surgery and cannot thank it enough for the amazing care you all provide .
