I have only been a patient for the last 12 months, however the care I have received has been excellent. I was seen today by a lovely GP who was so reassuring, informative and kind- I really appreciate how busy the service is and also really appreciate how the GP took her time and answered my questions today, would highly recommend the practice.

I just wanted to leave a review about the fantastic service we recently experienced. My husband brought our son in to see the GP, due to anxiety and associated nausea. The GP was fantastic. He was reassuring and compassionate and explained to our son why anxiety causes the feelings of nausea. He also signposted us to further help for anxiety in older children. When I asked my son how he felt after seeing the GP his answer was “listened to” and “safe”. Thank you

My husband and I only moved to the area, and the practice, recently so have not needed much yet, but I wanted to leave a quick note of thanks for the care we've received so far - everyone in admin/on reception we've spoken to has been friendly and knowledgeable, it was straightforward to book a telephone asthma review and that review with the nurse was informative and helpful. Very pleased so far!

I sent an econsult at 6am and at 2pm the same day received a text to say a prescription had been issued. Really great service, especially when you will have been busy the day before a bank holiday weekend. Thank you to all the staff for your hard work during these challenging times.
