I did fill two forms to change the address, after 6 months there is still address , this affected my daughter secondary school applications,

I can not praise this practice enough. I've been with several practices over the years when living in other areas. Although I have rarely required appointments when I have the interactions with all staff have been great. From the reception staff , the nurses and GPs they are the warm, friendly and I never feel rushed , despite it obviously being a very busy practice. I've never been when the waiting area hasn't been busy with people in and out all the time. I've also witnessed professional behaviour from the reception staff after they have been first in line for barrage of abuse from patients who have attended demanding appointments or drunk

I visited this practice in July and my experience with the GP was second to none. The doctor was wholeheartedly supportive with my situation and helped me through a rocky three months. I cannot thank the doctor enough for her empathy and listening to my plight. At first I thought was concerned whether I was going to get the help that I needed. My doubts were totally unnecessary. I never had a problem getting an appointment and the reception staff were also very helpful.

I was told by email ...twice...that they can't send text reminders about appointments not based at their surgery but they did send one! I would like to now who reads the messages I send via their website. They nearly always send me the wrong information. Too many things go wrong at this surgery. If I could get my family members to leave this place and go somewhere else it would be a relief not to have to deal with them anymore. But my relatives feel that every doctors are like this and there is no point moving to a new one.

lovely nurses, gps and reception staff. Have been very supportive during a long period of ill health. i feel listened too and been able to get emergency appointments when required

Today is the latest of my appointments with the surgery and although it was only a telephone appointment, the service was as impeccable as ever. Myself and my wife (Who I always accompany on surgery visits) cannot be more thankful for the treatment we receive. As with all medical advice we receive, we take a positive approach and ensure we follow to the letter. We are thankful for all the hospital/specialist referrals we have had, which have always been timely and beneficial to our needs. During the Pandemic I needed to use the photo sharing option, which I found amazing, time saving and afforded the opportunity to get instant diagnosis. I also had surgery visits during this time and the PPE guidelines were followed to the letter, making everyone feel safe and ensuring their visit was worth the effort taken. We have been with the practice for 53 years as a couple and family and we can honestly say our treatment has been excellent. Technology has improved our experiences massively over the years and in conversation with friends etc. believe The Gill to be the best practice in the area. Albeit sometimes there are longer waits than usual for phone calls, due to heavy patient requests but when we do speak to reception, they are always polite, welcoming and efficient. Finally, just a big thank you from all our family and hope you are given the resources to continue and improve where needed?
