    I would like to praise the staff at Langworthy medical centre they are fantastic and helpful every time I have phoned they bend over backwards for me. Love them all.

    I find Doctors,Nurses, and everyone at this surgery extremely friendly and most helpful they certainly go the extra mile , the reception staff always where possibly try to get you an appointment and they do no perform miracles if no appointments are available they can't give out one , getting through on the phone can be slow but remember there are many other people in the same position so you have to be patient , The nurses do the clinics and taking blood are so understanding and kind it's a pleasure to attend Langworthy Medical practice it's got to be one one best practices, so be thankful that you are with a great practice.

    This is a factual review with an accurate description of events that have led me to form my opinion that this is a very poor Practice. My repeat prescription order was lost and was not ready to collect from my nominated pharmacy. I placed the order through the langworthy website and even have a screenshot of the confirmation to prove this. Despite this happening when i rang the practice I was told by a very blunt receptionist, so blunt I would say rude, that I should not be using this line and the pharmacy should chase the order. I asked if they could speed up the process and was told that there was a big backlog so there was nothing that they could do. This now leaves me for several days without crucial medication. I shall be looking to move practice as soon as possible as I will not accept such poor service.
