    I was prescribed some medication, that I am having a reaction to, I am also in a lot of pain with my hand and wrist, with no obvious cause, tried booking an online appointment but the earliest was a month wait, tried phoning from 8 o’clock got through eventually and then was cut off, I tried redialling 100 times in all, then eventually I just gave up, I tried phoning the following day same time with the same issues, I will just have to put up with my pain and I have stopped taking the medication.

    Really happy with the service from this practice. The staff are so helpful, professional and friendly. The service I’ve recently received was 10/10. This practice treats you really well and you can tell the staff are happy there and happy to help you. Thanks guys!

    The doctors here are outstanding, however the receptionists are completely lacking of empathy and understanding, one in particular is rude and impatient. She is trained to be a receptionist, not make the decision if somebody's situyis an emergency or not, eapecynot knowing the history and not allowing the patient to explain!

    Seen a new female dr this week who is absolutely amazing. Treated me with such care and kindness and really put my mind at ease. She was also very thorough and made sure to follow up with me. I have been to this practice a few times and never had any issues with any of the drs. It can be hard to get a GP appointment (as it is anywhere) but they always try and accommodate you. Really grateful to my doctor (and GP staff) for being so lovely - I know how hard you all work and it does not go unappreciated!

    Arrived Sunday morning at 8.45 for a 9.05 appointment, the weather was horrendously cold, people started queueing at 8.55, still stood outside at 9.25, without anybody coming out or opening the doors, an old lady at the front of the queue was perished and shivering I offered to take her home as she looked very fragile, I feel on this occasion the practice left vulnerable people in a potentially deadly situation, Very sad indeed

    Good morning , I have Alzheimer’s & a stutter , that really holds me back . Due to the stutter , my beautiful sister books & speaks to the doctor on my behalf . She rang this morning , spoke to a very caring receptionist. Who went out of her way to help ,& get me an appointment for today . I cannot thank her enough . My sister always takes me to my appointments , but could not today . She managed to get a family friend to drop & pick me up . The receptionist I spoke to was pleasant . She could see I was struggling . I am so sorry that I cannot remember her name , but thank you for making me feel like a human being ,& not just a number . The doctor I saw , was so caring . I have tears in my eyes . He gave me as much time as I needed to explain . I was completely out of my comfort zone , but this gentleman again let me speak . I again do not know your name , but I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart . For making me feel like my issues were important , you never rushed me , & took so much time to explain , what he thought was best for me . You are both a credit to the NHS. Thank you both for your empathy . Your kindness was so gratefully received . I’m upset that I have no recollection of your names . I so wish I did . Thank you also to the gentleman , who took the time , to drop & pick me up . Sorry for such a long text. It has taken me a long time to correct my spelling mistakes . Also thanks to the lady in the pharmacy , who again saw I was in need of help , & swiftly made my meds up . You made a very stressful day a lot easier . Thank you all so much . Paul Birchall .

    I have never heavily relied on medical support until covid 19 and cancer struck both at the same time! I have nothing other than praise for each and every staff member at the practice. I was clinically assessed the same day and an urgent referral made which initiated a huge episode of care. This has meant more reliance on the practice and each time I have needed support, or required a review, it has been face to face when needed or telephone care if appropriate. I have heard many complaints about why GP's have not yet reverted to previous ways of working, (pre Covid) however, sometimes new ways of working are more effective and services need to be channelled appropriately. My only bugbear, is the jaded and occasionally austere initial approach (and I am aware of the conflict the reception team face) a smile goes a long way to helping us along a difficult journey. I thank you all during this crazy Covid period and ongoingly.
