The receptionists and the GP is very good and extremely friendly, they leave you with great satisfaction.

The receptionists are extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of supporting patients and ensuring that their concerns or issues have been dealt with sufficiently, they often complain about being overworked or make excuses to account for their poor behaviour. Which is a shame because the GP himself is absolutely fantastic.
