Really helped my son this morning with a Dcs day reaction without panicking us. He's now in hospital on oxygen can't thank this doctor enough! Always find the doctors here very helpful and informative.

Appointments can only be made on the phone at 8am, so you try to ring hundreds of times and finally get through at 8:30am to be told there are no more appointments, repeat daily until you die or get better but never receive an appointment. Then you see they are accepting new patients! How can this be, when nobody can see a GP?

You phone first thing in the morning and immediately your 177th in the queue, totally impossible to get an appointment!!!! I’ve been trying for months and just told when someone eventually answers to go to A and E or a walk-in!!!! I’ve been a patient at this surgery over 50 years and the doctors there don’t even know who I am because patient contact has massively reduced year on year!!!! No patient care at all. I don’t know why I’m being told to go to A and E when all I need is my GP to help with depression, if the doctor doesn’t care for my welfare then who will help? Durford street doctors must be the only doctors who are still running a closed door policy as they did during the peek of covid. Bet the funding hasn’t changed to reflect less patients being seen? Another example of GPs taking lots and lots of NHS funding without providing the services.
