You can never get an appointment, 3 weeks wait!!,told a time and my son actually put it in my phone to remember to go the phoenix were I could have an appointment got there at the phoenix centre to be told my appointment wasn’t until nearly hours late I was told by doctors 4.45 they were saying it was booked for 7.45, it’s a joke,you only get offered over the phone appointments at Longford street!! Yiu ask am or pm will the doctor ring!! We don’t know is the reply so you can literally have nipped to pick up something from the supermarket when you have to discuss personal details over the phone with them in public!!!,I was one in terrible pain for days turned out to be my gallbladder and had to go a and e as I was in that much pain, I had tried the doctors numerous times asking for an appointment but no!!,other doctors are back up and running full face to face appointments as told at the hospital so why this is happening there at Longford street nobody knows.

I have been suffering with menopause symptoms for over 12 months now, it came to a head when my emotions started going all over the place? I thought it would help if I couldtalkto somebody about it, trying to get an appointment is like trying to get blood out of a stone you ring in the morning to wait 30min for someone to pick up just to be told there are no appointments left, this is ludicrous when you are working full time, when explaining to the receptionist that you can't keep doing this you are then given the reply "well how do you expect to take a telephone appointment then" . As you can probably guess the main thing is it would be an appointment not just waiting for a receptionist to pick up. I have never had a great experience with this surgery but since covid they now have more of an excuse to give a bad service, maybe instead of spending money extending this surgery they should spend it improving the service.
