The Drs are good if you have mental health conditions Its a safe place to go,and understanding Ive not had any problems with the reception team They are polite and friendly Sometimes the phone gets busy, but ive always got through sometimes on hold

Always happy with the service I receive and confident in what the GP tells me. I never have a problem seeing a GP either face to face or a telephone consultation.

I rang the doctors in the morning to exsplain my problem I was given an appointment the same day it’s such a good practice the doctor talked me through everything

She did a great job with my cervical cancer screening appointment. She explained everything to me in a very clear manner. She was also kind and friendly. It’s rare to find a doctor/ nurse that combines both professionalism and personal care for a patient in a higher manner. She offered outstanding quality of medical care!

I have been as a new patient several times. I found people on the phone , reception and doctors efficient , patient , good listening skills and thorough . I have been able to get face to face appointments and not had to wait long. All such a relief after stress of Covid restrictions for past few years.
