    I have to phone and spend the day to make an appointment with GP in a week to get my booked, every day phone waiting for the queue and after that full booked for today can’t book for another day and have to phone again tomorrow the same thing every time, sometimes not too well can’t phone 08:00 sometimes go through and say have to phone 10:30 🕥 OMG ever, better not worth your time 👎🏻

  3. Review titled Poor service

    When a child is unwell we phone them and then the doctor checks and asks questions over the phone. They give us a link to send pictures. Because of this, the children sometimes get more Ill and so are taken to emergency which can put more pressure on the nhs and a&e. They should call the patient to the practice and check as it is more suitable and the risk of Covid is low too now.

    I want to change my GP, Firstly they are so inconsiderate they haven’t even gave me my blood test results and when I asked for my results I was faced with hate and attitude they tried to make an appointment on the spot with no details beforehand, they winded me up even though they know I have mental health issues and staff did not speak in a respectable manner towards me. I would not recommend this GP to anyone.

    It's impossible to take an appointment to this GP. It's one week that I try to call for an appointment but no chance.

    Spoke to a gp today 13/02/23 @ 15.59pm regards an extension of a fit note after a 4-night stay in hospital and GP was just oblivious as to why I needed the extension. She is the medical professional but its left to me to explain why I'm having my current issues even though my hospital notes have been sent to the surgery. She then cut off the call and didn't even have the curtesy to call back. Absolutely terrible experience at a time when I need them most.

    It took more than 4 years for my child's ENT to find a medication that finally works for their allergies. Ordering this medication is supposed to be straightforward as I have had an appointment with the Gp and asked to have it on repeat prescription. This was approved by the Gp but each time I order from my pharmacy the surgery doesn't send them the prescription and I have to chase it up .I don't like ringing the surgery because the receptionist are very rude and extremely unhelpful. They will tell me the prescription has been sent when it hasn't. My child has gone for 2 weeks on more than 1 occasion without her medication and its not a medication that I can buy over the counter. This surgery needs to be shut down it is of no use.

    Unable to get threw via phone, Rang at 8am waited around 35 minutes in queue go tot hunger two and the line cut off So rang back waited 56 minutes got threw to a rather rude receptionist to be told to call back 8am in morning or use online booking. Attempted to use online booking but need access code from practice so tried to call practice again and could not get threw at all
