    I've been here waiting for 90 minutes and they still have yet to call me for a simple appointment which requires me to speak with a nurse for around 10 minutes. I seriously recommend that you avoid this hazardous, terrible practice.

    Dear Anonymous, Thank you for your review. I have looked into the call system for 11 September 2023 and there were no calls waiting for around 90 minutes. Please could you contact the surgery with the phone number you called from so I can investigate this further. We have been trying very hard to continually improve our service and we do not usually have calls waiting in the queue for too long so I would really appreciate the opportunity to investigate this further.     Rang surgery yesterday, I started off as caller number 2, after 20 minutes, i was still caller number 2. Sent message to practice manager about the delay in their phone system, received an abrupt discourteous response. As patients we too have other things to do instead of waiting on the phone for the rest of the day for their staff to answer our calls.

    Dear Zafar, Thank you for your comments. I have already investigated your complaint due to the email you have sent. As advised an email to the Practice Manager is not the best way to raise a complaint as it will cause unnecessary delays. On the day you waited more than 20 minutes the average call queue time was 18 minutes with a maximum call queue time of 24 minutes. Although this is not ideal it can be the case especially when we have such a high number of patients attending the reception to resolve queries. On that afternoon we had two members of staff at Reception where one dealt with the walk in patients and the other dealt with the calls. We will look into ways we can improve our service to patients.     This Practice service is way below standard. One reception to answer phone calls, deal with appointments and solve patients issues and when patients arrive at the desk. Receptionist says you are late. They make you wait in the queue and scream and shout at you. If you give response to the way they are treating you you will force to book another appointment. Very terrible and disgusting service. I am surprised how they are still running should have been closed down. Donot Register here. You will regret

Please could you contact the surgery with your details so I can investigate this further. We always aim to have at least two members of reception staff present at all times.     I called in the surgery to book an appointment due to having a bad cough and wheezing in my chest. I called at 8am and I was the 4th caller in line, I was told the doctors were fully booked via telephone so I asked for a face to face appointment he then put me on hold, the receptionist then told me there are a few appointments available but only for ‘children’. I could tell he was lying The receptionists at the surgery are so rude he really tested my patience. After having an argument with him he then booked me in for a telephone appointment. Would not recommend this surgery to anyone.

    Hi, A lot of people only seem to leave reviews if there is something negative to say. I thought I'd leave something positive after getting hold of a Saturday appointment only a few days after going in to see if any appointments were available. The good Dr /Redacted/ sorted my meds out. There is some problem with the weekend system not being the same as the 'normal' system so not all details were at hand for the Dr. Such as he had to ask if I was registered there. Good experience, thought I'd share

    This is the second time I've had a blood test cancelled this year for the last 12 weeks I've been very bad with diarrhoea and still no blood test it's a joke

During that period we had issues with staffing for blood tests but now I can assure you that we have increased the members of staff who can provide blood testing and nursing provision.     Rang surgery to make an appointment. waited 1 hr 57 mins 48 secs, when i reached number 1, to be told that due to high volume of calls, this line is being disconnected. This is pure abuse of human suffering.

    Called for an appointment which was arranged promptly. Further appointment to discuss my results was also good, the doctor I spoke to explained my results clearly and also put my mind at ease about needing further treatment in the future and how to arrange this if I decided to go ahead. Very happy with the service provided.
