Review titled Great doctors, some poor reception staff

On more than one occasion now, I’ve rang up for query’s about medication or for repeats. And it’s always been fine. Today I rang up and was practically shouted out by a lady on reception and to be honest this wouldn’t be the first time, she has spoken to me like this, it’s happened on a number of occasions and to me it isn’t acceptable. The rest of the reception staff are usually lovely. and never have any other problems but I feel this matter needs addressing as I’ve now gone without medication I needed over the weekend, I put in tha request online and the doctor only gave me part of it, which could well be an error but I desperately needed this medication and after being shouted at over the phone, this was the last thing I needed.

Had my annual Nurse Heath Assessment today which was extremely organised , informative , helpful and very reassuring. A very positive experience

I rang the practice this morning I was No10 in the queue after nearly an hour I got to one and then it it the phone stared please hold and was just about to get through it disconnected this is not the first time this has happened ( it’s no joke waiting fir an hour to get through to the practice

y dad has dementia and has been having problems lately . The staff have been fantastic in accommodating his needs . Dad has been seen face to face on the same day and we have been regularly updated regarding his results and prescriptions via text messages from the GPs . Dad has been registered with you for many years , but due to moving to a care home out of the area has now sadly left the practice . Thank you for such great care!
