    For repeat prescription in future I had to link my kids to my account for that I need access from GP. I had gone to the surgery thrice for this small work but still didn’t get access. First day receptionist said come with kids. Next day when I went with kids and id proofs the receptionist said I don’t know how to do it as I am not being trained how to link profiles. If staff is not trained, staff itself doesn’t know how to link profiles, she even don’t know how to provide access to see tests and reports, why it’s made compulsory to use NHS app for ordering repeat prescriptions. The lady at the reception took my number and asked me to go as she will call me or text me once it’s done. But she didn’t call the whole day. It is very very hard to reach her from phone as it takes 40 minutes in the waiting line every time you call surgery. Still I did that then lady who picked up the call said wait for more time if receptionist has said she will call than she will call in some time. But never happened. It is such a small thing which is wasting my so much time and energy. I had to take both my children from school to surgery to show up their face although they have been registered to the surgery from past many years.
