The Dr was very clear explaining my blood test results and a good listener, went through everything in a clear and concise way

Went to see a lady dr today with my 13 year old daughter. She was absolutely amazing with her and so patient. Thank you.

Although having to wait for 30 minutes in the waiting room to be seen, I managed to get an appointment easily on the same day. Doctor was thorough, good and listened to my issue. Referred me for an x-ray for the following day, at a hospital of my choice.

The sample taker checked my identity, checked my understanding of why I needed a blood test, explained what he was doing step by step and how/ when I would get the results. How it should be, correct patient identification is critical for patient safety

My visit with the asthma nurse this morning I can’t fault anything about it. Seen at the exact time of my appointment. She was very thorough and took her time with me.

Suffered from chest infection and I told the doctor that I would need an antibiotic. I waited another 2 days of suffering and the infection got worse. They the decided to give me the antibiotics. That was a huge achievement!

Physiotherapist was really good, he explained everything and my exercises were received the same day
