Staff ,very caring and efficient .Doctors very thorough and professional in giving their advice .Receptionist always friendly and courteous in a very difficult busy occupation .Telephoned this morning as having asthma and COPD I had started with a severe chest infection .Even though all todays appointments had been taken the receptionist stated that she would watch for anyone cancelling their appointment and text myself if one came up which happened this afternoon and I was checked out by my Gp who found my lungs sounded very wheezy and congested and promptly prescribed antibiotics which I really was in need off . Once again Thankyou Woodbank Surgery for excellent service .

Woodbank Surgery have been outstanding each time I have needed a doctor. The reception team are so helpful and make sure you see the right person. The nurse is so gentle and caring and the doctors listen to you. This surgery has had bad feedback in the past but my experience has been nothing but good

I came in to get my neck sorted as my c.e.r.v.i.c.a.l spine is clearly misaligned. I have pain with this all the time everyday and have to use voltoral for swelling. My neck clicks constantly which I explained and hurts. I feel neglected. I came in to request a x-ray and I get told it's muscular pain when it's really not. I know my own body They just can't be bothered to look at variety of other things and rather go for the easiest. I'm gonna end up changing doctors due to this and reporting it as it's a rejection off my health and I'm not being helped. I wanted a x-ray and they said because my back isn't broken they can't. It's ridiculous you don't just use a x-ray for broken backs, you use it to see arthritis degeneration. See the damage in your spine and diagnose what's wrong. Why does my back have to be broken. I walked to the doctor's so obviously it's not gonna be broke? Rubbish. And now I'll be phoned to come in again when sometim e I can't even walk. when I think it's ridiculous and so does my dad who said I need a x-ray. Do your job properly no need to be lazy.

I’ve always been a very regular visitor to the doctors more recently over the last year or so! They have always managed to get me an appointment when I need one, I’ve never had a issue with the gp or the service they provide, always appreciate the lengths they go to when you need them! I’d highly recommend this gp practice x

I have symptoms of ra and I've been waiting for my blood tests to be actioned. Now because me rf is 20 they think now its not ra when I know it is. And I have to wait 20 days for the doctors to tell me the full results from my blood test. its ridiculous im sat here in pain all the time. Actually help.

I am not a patient here but am dealing with the team on a regular basis as I have power of attorney and am managing one of my parents care, The surgery has been amazing. Its a very stressful time when someone you love is not well and the team at Woodbank could not have been any more helpful and patient with me at a time when I know they are so busy. Everyone we have met from the reception team, the nurses and the doctors have been so good and I really appreciate it and am very grateful. Its such a difficult job that the team do and in my experience I could not have asked for better. I hope they understand what a difference they make because they do and they have been a massive help to me. Thank You
