   I have been with this practice since I was a child. I have recently been travelling all over for various reasons, meaning I’ve had to order prescriptions early at times- each time I have explained the reasons why when ordering. There have been various times when my prescription has been rejected, and no one bothered to contact me to let me know or to explain why, and twice I have been asked to do a medication review (6 months apart), where I have been made to feel belittled and like I’m doing something wrong, where the Doctor tried to change my medication to weekly prescriptions when I pay for them. I have been spoken to in a poor manner, and I often feel that due to my age, I am constantly spoken down to, and when I do have a genuine problem I am overlooked or turned away. I have trusted and stuck with this practice for so long, but I my trust has diminished. I would not recommend this practice (surgery 1) to anyone, especially for those of the younger generation. It devastates me that this is my reality.
