    I rang the surgery for clarification regarding my child's registration and was told I could just drop off the registration form. I went to surgery to drop off the form. The receptionist was rude,refused to take the form because I did not have the red book and i came in just a few minutes after 4pm, the way she spoke was not patient friendly. I did not want to be rude back to her as they were other patients in the waiting area. The receptionists need more training on their job,its as if they cannot be bothered to deal with patients. They really need to improve.

    Phoned for a repeat prescription for dermavate scalp, was told by doctors receptionist that it would be okay . Phones downstairs to pharmacy had a conversation with them , that it was dermavate scalp i needed not dermavate ....explained that I have two separate problems and I had spoken with reception ......guess what picked two items up this morning , one is the wrong and they won't exchange it ....I pay for my prescription so gonna go cost nearly 20 pounds for THEIR incompetence , why do I have to suffer because of their errors....
