I recently had an appointment with a clinician at Harambee surgery. I was very satisfied with the consultation, the clinician was very thorough and clearly explained the way forward with the problem.

In my review I felt that my concerns were noted and responded to professionally. The clinician was very attentive and asked lots of questions and showed an in depth knowledge of the matter in hand

I rang for an appointment after lunch, expecting a telephone one, but was given a face to face meeting at 17.10 the same day with an extremely helpful lady doctor.

The appointment was on time and the doctor was helpful. The appointment was easy to book and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. Good communication

Very friendly doctors and staff and no problem getting an appointment its like what all surgeries should be like takes me back to when a doctor and staff felt more like a friend to call upon in need back to the good old days here we'll done

My appointment was handled efficiently, I was seen on time. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The nurse that performed my cervical smear was professional, sensitive, respectful and caring. The premises felt clean and fresh.

I saw the doctor yesterday regarding some tests and a scan I had done. I found him to be very understanding and sympathetic. It was a very informative and satisfactory appointment. Thank you so much. It is reassuring when everything is explained in a way one understands. I really felt at ease when I left.
