Had a telephone appointment with the practice nurse tonight. She took the time to listen to me, offered great advice, she was very thorough, kind and polite. A very nice change, made to feel valued

Waited 50 mins to get through on the phone, then told someone will call me back to confirm an appointment time. After waiting the full day I called them back after 6pm (waited over 30mins). Was told the call back will now take place the following morning. Got a call the following morning with an appointment time to see a GP who ended up only being a clinician and wasn’t able to prescribe any medications until she consulted a GP, was told someone will call back to confirm. Waited till 4pm to get a call to say GP Will prescribe some steroids which will be with pharmacy in 30 mins. I went to collect over n hour later to be told nothing has come through. I rang the surgery to check and was told it could take upto 48hrs for it to be processed. So I’ve been waiting now 2 days for some medication. What a poor service again. Nobody in the community has anything positive to say about this practice.. when will anything change, time to close them down!

Great New Doctor… One Of the Very Best- After Main Doctor - Who Used To Own The Surgery… Honestly Can’t Ask For A Much Better Doctor - Than The New Doctor… No Appointment Time Delay. No Sitting Around At All In The Waiting Area. Takes Us In On Time - Straight Away. Gives Us Plenty Of Good Advice. Listens Carefully To Patients Meeds & Concerns. And Takes Appropriate Action And Gives The Correct Medications As Well. New Doctor - Gives Us An Appointment Straight Away. Even Though We Don’t Have Or Arranged An Appointment Beforehand With Him - In All Emergencies Or Urgencies. Top Man.Thank You…

Review: I've been with this practice for more than 10 years and the improvement in this last year is astounding. The receptionists are doing an excellent job and actually listen to you now and go the extra mile. One of the team rang me back 3 times to ensure my problem was sorted. Please please keep this up. It's really needed and you obviously have the potential to be a great practice

I visited yesterday for general check up. The nurse who took my vitals was amazing. She was understanding and very helpful. She knew what she was doing and recommended blood tests. The environment of surgery was welcoming and reception staff was wonderful.

I was discharged from hospital and needed some items for a kidney drain I came home with. I went back to the hospital and contacted the district nurses and going round in circles with not much help with what I needed. I visited the surgery for help and the practice manager could see that I was in pain, struggling and not managed to get anywhere she went out of her way to phone and around and get me the answers I needed and sort out my problem. I have alot of health problems and it’s nice when staff go out of their way to help you.

The Gentleman at reception and my Dr provided an excellent service in carrying out an urgent request. Both went the extra mile. They sympathised with my situation and acted promptly. Many thanks.

I went to get my bloods done the doctor sent me to get my bloods however only checked for vitamin b rather than chr k for everything else. He then called me 4 days later to send me to get my bloods taken again how crazy is that a doctor doing things like that wow. They are not bothered
